Consultation

Every great space starts with a conversation. During your initial consultation, we walk through your home or space together, talk through how you live and what you want the room to do for you, and get a feel for your style, priorities, and budget. This is where we listen first. No assumptions, no cookie-cutter plans so everything that follows is built around your goals.

Design Development

This is where your vision starts taking shape. We translate everything from your consultation into floor plans, mood boards, material palettes, finish selections, and 3D renderings so you can see the space before a single piece is ordered. It's a collaborative back-and-forth: we propose, you react, and together we refine until the direction feels unmistakably right.

Curation and Design Review

Options are only useful when they're focused. We narrow the wide-open field of sourcing down to a tight, considered selection, presented clearly so you can see exactly how each piece works within the room and alongside everything else. We walk through it together, gather your feedback, and refine the picks until every item on the list earns its place.

Installation and Styling

This is the moment it all comes together. We handle on-site placement of every furnishing and finishing touch, style each surface and vignette with intention, and walk the finished space with you room by room. It's the payoff for every decision made along the way. A space that feels curated, considered, and completely yours.

Procurement, Order Management, and Delivery Coordination

Once selections are approved, we take the logistics off your plate. We place every order, track it through production and shipping, manage vendor communication, and reconcile invoices along the way. When items arrive, we coordinate white-glove or receiver delivery, inspect each piece on arrival, and manage any punch-list or damage claims so the only thing you have to do is wait for the reveal.

Sourcing and Shopping

With the design direction set, we go to work finding the pieces that bring it to life. That means digging through trade showrooms, vendor catalogs, and independent makers to find furniture, lighting, and decor that fit your space, budget, and timeline. We're not just shopping; we're vetting quality, lead times, and fit before anything makes the cut.
